FAQ

Practical answers before you start.

No discovery call required. If the question is not answered here, email it directly.

Is this just a lead list?

No. The core product is account-level research and judgment: current signals, fit rationale, reasons to pursue, reasons not to pursue, source evidence, relevant buyer context, and an outreach angle.

How current is the research?

Dynamic claims used for timing or personalization are researched against current public sources. If evidence is unclear or conflicting, the uncertainty is recorded instead of filled with a guess.

What sources do you use?

Public sources appropriate to the account, with preference for company websites, official company or executive materials, current job listings or announcements, reputable business publications, and other sources with clear provenance.

Can you research my exact ICP?

Yes. Paid work is researched against a written client brief covering the target market, geography, industries, buyer roles, filters, exclusions, use case, and preferred signals. If something essential is unclear, only the smallest necessary clarification is requested.

Do you provide contact information?

Publicly verifiable business contact information can be included when it is available and relevant to the agreed scope. The core product is account intelligence, not bulk contact data.

What happens after the custom trial?

If the three-account trial is useful, you can continue into a 20-25 account pilot or a 40-50 account standard package. The $75 trial can be credited toward the larger purchase.

Do I need to take a call?

No. Kay Account Intelligence is designed to work asynchronously. Scoping, sample delivery, paid work, questions, and revisions can all happen by email.

How is the work delivered?

By email as an editable Excel workbook. The current production file has six sheets: Executive Summary, Client Brief, Account Intelligence, Source Register, Field Guide, and Lists. The client copy contains only the purchased account rows rather than unused blank production rows.

What if some accounts should not be pursued?

That is part of the value. The research is expected to identify weak fits, bad timing, internal redundancy, or other reasons not to spend sales time on an account.

Do you guarantee meetings or revenue?

No. Kay Account Intelligence provides research and account judgment. It does not guarantee replies, meetings, conversions, or revenue.

Still deciding?

Start with the research examples.

You can inspect demonstration research before sending any target criteria. The current production workbook is shown on the Deliverable page.
