Custom account research, not a recycled lead list.
Every package is built against the buyer’s actual ICP or target market. The same companies are not resold as a generic list.
The client file has six defined sheets.
The current delivery format is standardized. Every paid package uses the same structure; only the number of researched account rows changes.
Executive Summary
Counts recommendations and confidence, then gives a short readout of recurring signals, risks, stronger segments, and evidence gaps.
Client Brief
Records the written ICP, geography, industries, buyer roles, exclusions, filters, use case, preferred signals, and research scope.
Account Intelligence
The main table. Each purchased account receives the same 21-field research structure shown below.
Source Register
Connects Source IDs to URLs, source type, publication or owner, date, and exactly what each source supports.
Field Guide
Defines the research standard so fit, triggers, recommendations, confidence, and outreach angles are used consistently.
Lists
Controlled values for recommendation, confidence, and research status keep the workbook consistent.
What one researched account contains.
These are the exact production fields in the current master workbook. A field is left blank only when it is not applicable or cannot be verified.

A fictional account in the real production format.
This example is fictional. Northline Process Systems, its people, the event, contact information, and source descriptions were invented only to show the current deliverable structure. Real paid work uses real companies and links every material claim to public evidence.

Greenville, South Carolina / U.S. Southeast
Industrial process equipment
Approx. 220 employees / expanding manufacturer
The company announced a $38M plant expansion with two new production lines, 120 planned hires, and commissioning targeted for 2027.
2026-08-12
Fictional company announcement and fictional state economic-development release both describe the expansion, planned hiring, and production-line buildout.
Fits a client targeting U.S. manufacturers adding capacity where automation, controls, testing, commissioning support, or plant-energy systems could be relevant.
VP Operations / Director of Manufacturing Engineering
Dana Mercer - VP Operations (fictional)

The expansion is funded, capacity is being added, and commissioning is still ahead. There is a credible window for suppliers that directly support the new lines.
Public evidence does not show whether controls, integration, or test-system packages are still open. An incumbent integrator may already own part of the project.
Reference the two new lines and lead with reducing commissioning or ramp risk for the 2027 capacity increase. Do not lead with a generic automation pitch.

S-F01, S-F02
Procurement status is the main unresolved issue. Treat the expansion as a reason to investigate, not proof of buying intent.
| Source ID | Source URL | Source Type | Date | What this source supports |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S-F01 | northline-process.example/news/greenville-expansion | Official company | 2026-08-12 | Expansion value, two production lines, planned hiring, commissioning timing. |
| S-F02 | commerce.example/sc/northline-project | State economic development | 2026-08-12 | Facility expansion, investment amount, and employment commitment. |
The URLs above use reserved .example domains because this account is fictional. In a paid delivery, Source IDs point to real public evidence in the workbook's Source Register.
“Skip” is useful output.
In the general B2B sample, Lightfield looks attractive from funding alone. The research rejects it for generic account-research outreach because its own product already performs that work.
$47M Series A and rapid growth.
The company’s own product already builds target lists, performs prospect research, drafts outreach, and runs outbound.
Do not spend first-wave outreach capacity here under a generic account-research offer.
The pack is meant to prevent wasted selling time, not maximize the number of names delivered.
